Return Process

  Securely pack the camera strap in its original packaging, ensuring all connectors and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier to our distribution center, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement strap within 3-5 business days.
